Position Summary

Cognizant is seeking a Cloud Engineer with expertise in O365 Encryption, MS Exchange Administration, M365 Messaging, and related technologies. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing messaging services to ensure efficient communication within the organization. The work model is hybrid with day shifts, and no travel is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement messaging services for seamless communication.
• Administer MS Exchange and M365 Messaging platforms.
• Ensure secure communication with O365 Encryption and maintain data security.
• Manage MSExchangeOnlineAdministration for smooth email operations.
• Oversee M365 Messaging Migration and system upgrades.
• Monitor and troubleshoot messaging services for high availability.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate messaging services with enterprise systems.
• Document technical processes for messaging services.
• Implement best practices for messaging security and data protection.
• Provide technical support to end-users for messaging-related issues.
• Regularly audit messaging services to identify and address risks.
• Stay up-to-date with messaging technologies and advancements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of O365 Encryption, MSExchangeOnlineAdministration, M365 Messaging, and M365 Messaging Migration.
• Good understanding of Service Desk operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and solving complex problems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Expertise in documenting technical procedures.
• Knowledge of the latest messaging technologies and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
