• Exposure to scripting or automation tools like PowerShell, Python, or Bash
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting technical issues
• Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to work as part of a team, share knowledge, and support others
• Enthusiasm to learn new technologies and stay updated with industry trends
• Flexibility to work in client-specific time zones
