Position Overview
Join as a Trained SAP Basis Graduate in our Associate Software Engineer role. You will be working in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts, supporting enterprise clients and their SAP systems.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain SAP Basis systems
- Stay updated with system changes and updates
- Work in rotational shifts and follow organizational policies
- Participate in initial member screening and onboarding
- Ensure quality and compliance with IS/IT policies
- Maintain high communication standards with clients
- Engage in continuous learning and technical support improvements
Required Skills
- Trained in SAP Basis
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
- Basic understanding of Java (preferred)
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and manage time effectively
- Comfortable with a performance-driven and customer-focused role
