Graduate Trainee – Data Engineering & Cloud Technologies

Calix is hiring highly motivated Graduate Trainees with strong programming fundamentals and a passion for Data Engineering, Cloud Platforms, and Big Data ecosystems. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze business and technical requirements
• Assist in designing scalable, fault-tolerant data pipelines
• Work with Big Data frameworks such as Apache Hadoop, Spark, Kafka
• Build and maintain cloud-based data pipelines on AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure

Educational Requirements

• BE / BTech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields

• Strong programming knowledge in Java, Python, or Scala
• Solid understanding of Data Structures, OOP, and Algorithms
• Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, AlloyDB)
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies:
