Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support via email, chat, and phone to resolve customer issues across platforms.
• Support over 10 automation products and assist with framework and integration debugging.
• Respond to customer queries on forums, offering clear solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and sales teams to address issues and improve products.
• Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases to enhance self-service and efficiency.

Desired Experience

• 0-1 year in Technical Support or Automation QA roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Customer interaction skills with an ability to handle diverse customer sentiments.
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, etc.
• Programming experience in Java, Node JS, Python, or Ruby.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git, Github, TFS.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, bash/cURL scripting, SQL queries, networking concepts, and web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
