Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters on AWS
• Develop and maintain automation using Ansible, Terraform, Python, Bash
• Monitor performance and alerting via Prometheus, Nagios, Jenkins
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and lead incident response
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure platform reliability
• Provide onboarding support to customers, ensuring optimal performance and security

Required Skills

• Strong scripting in Python and Bash/Unix Shell
• Proficiency in:
  • Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible
  • Linux systems administration
  • CI/CD pipelines (GitOps, Jenkins, ArgoCD)
  • Cloud platforms: AWS / GCP
• Solid grasp of networking concepts and infrastructure management
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Startup mindset with ability to take initiative

• Exposure to virtualization tools like KVM or ESXi
• Experience in incident management and distributed systems monitoring
• Ability to work in a remote-first, fast-paced DevOps environment
