Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan, design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to deliver IT solutions.
- Act as an expert in system architecture, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Provide top-tier technical support and handle escalations.
- Work with vendors on service agreements, licensing, and maintenance contracts.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security across multiple platforms.
Key Skills & Technologies:
- Proficiency in Windows Server, VMware ESXi, SCCM, Cisco UCS.
- Experience in Cloud Computing (Azure/AWS), Networking, Infrastructure Automation.
- Strong knowledge of Palo Alto Firewalls, VDI/VMware Horizon.
- Preferred experience with DataBricks, Cloudera, MicroStrategy.
- Experience in Java, Cloud, or Salesforce is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 – 5 years in cloud engineering, system administration, or DevOps.
- Certifications: Any relevant cloud or system certifications are a plus.
