Job Summary

As an Engineer 1, you will be responsible for developing visual experiences, including web, mobile, and other UIs. This role involves using Agile techniques to design, develop, configure, test, and deploy software solutions that deliver measurable business value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the software development lifecycle to create and enhance applications
• Design, develop, and configure code, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are met
• Produce design specifications, including screen layouts and graphical user interfaces
• Convert technical designs into functioning application code and configurations
• Provide on-call support as per team and role expectations
• Create and execute unit tests to proactively identify issues in the software development lifecycle
• Analyze code for defects and fix them within development and production environments
• Enforce code standards and guidelines relevant to the applications being developed
• Continuously improve applications and processes with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with other teams to maximize efficiency and business outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• Experience: 0+ years in related field
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of Agile Development and DevOps tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JS, and web frameworks like React, Angular, Vue
  • Experience with Azure (or AWS equivalent) and app services
  • Demonstrated knowledge in at least one in-demand programming language

• More than 2 years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with mobile development frameworks like React Native, Flutter, Swift
