Role Details
Position: Cloud Team Intern
Location: Wilmington, Delaware, USA (Primary)
Other Locations: Urbandale, IA / Manassas, VA
Employment Type: Internship (Hourly/Temporary)
Work Mode: On-site / Hybrid
Experience: Students
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, and security
- Support deployment and maintenance of cloud-based applications
- Assist in automation of routine tasks using scripts and cloud tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic infrastructure issues
- Document processes, workflows, and technical procedures
- Collaborate with teams on cloud and DevOps projects
- Support cost optimization and resource management
Technical Skills Required
Cloud & Platforms
- Basic understanding of AWS / Azure / Google Cloud
Systems
- Familiarity with Linux or Windows operating systems
Networking
- Basic knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure concepts
Programming & Scripting
- Exposure to Python, Bash, or PowerShell
DevOps Tools
- Understanding of CI/CD, containers, and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with Git version control
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing Computer Science / IT or related degree
- Strong interest in cloud engineering and DevOps
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
