Job Description:
Bentley Systems is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to join its global Plant support team. This role is ideal for early-career engineers passionate about helping users solve technical issues and work with mission-critical applications such as OpenPlant, ProStructures, and BIM tools. You'll work in a hybrid model, primarily supporting APAC users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote support through ServiceNow and phone for Bentley products
• Deliver diagnosis and resolution for software issues
• Collaborate globally with engineering, support, and development teams
• Create technical support content (KB articles, manuals, videos)
• Manage support tickets and document cases clearly
• Participate in daily scrum calls and knowledge sharing
• Contribute to blogs, tutorials, and user documentation
• Build trusted relationships with users and internal teams

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• 1–3 years experience in technical support or engineering (cloud-based preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience using support ticket systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
• User-centric mindset with emotional intelligence
• Time management, prioritization, and task delegation ability
• Team player with adaptability and collaborative approach

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Exposure to Bentley Systems tools (e.g., OpenPlant, BRCM, ProStructures)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation, ProjectWise, or BIM platforms
• Basic knowledge of SQL, MS Access, or database tools
• Understanding of ITIL or IT service management concepts
