Job Role: Cloud Support Engineer - Level 1
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 2-3 years of client-facing technical support
Location: Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Delhi

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for user inquiries via phone, email, and web portal
• Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze logs, and ensure smooth server operations
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product Support, Licensing, Cloud Ops, Sales)
• Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and technical knowledge base
• Provide technical support for cloud-based solutions and Bentley’s core products

Required Skills:

• Intermediate knowledge of networking (DNS, TCP/IP, cluster environments)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Proficiency in Windows OS administration and debugging
• Basic knowledge of IIS and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment

Preferred Skills:

• Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, IBM)
• ITIL v3 knowledge or certification
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management platforms
• Familiarity with Bentley Systems products
