Responsibilities

For Junior Developers

• Assist in application development and feature implementation
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Collaborate with team members on design and development tasks
• Support debugging, testing, and deployment activities

For Junior QA Engineers

• Perform manual and/or automation testing
• Identify, track, and report bugs and defects
• Validate application functionality and performance
• Work closely with developers to ensure quality releases

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of software testing concepts (for QA roles)
• Familiarity with databases and basic SQL queries
• Good understanding of problem-solving and logical thinking
