Role Details

Position: DevOps Intern
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Work Mode: Work From Office (Monday – Friday)
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Internship Type: Paid Internship
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment
• Support the DevOps team in managing cloud infrastructure on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Monitor system performance, infrastructure health, and application uptime
• Help automate build, deployment, and monitoring workflows
• Assist in managing Docker containers and Kubernetes environments
• Troubleshoot deployment issues, infrastructure errors, and environment-related problems
• Maintain documentation for DevOps processes, infrastructure configurations, and deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with software developers and engineering teams to streamline release cycles
• Support infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices

Technical Skills Required

Linux & System Administration

• Basic understanding of Linux / Unix operating systems
• Familiarity with server environments and command-line operations

Version Control

• Knowledge of Git and version control systems
• Understanding of collaborative development workflows

DevOps & CI/CD

• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps lifecycle
• Familiarity with automation and continuous integration pipelines

Scripting & Automation

• Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or Shell scripting
• Understanding of automation for infrastructure and deployment tasks

Cloud Platforms

• Basic understanding of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure management

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Exposure to Docker containerization
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes orchestration
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong interest in DevOps, Cloud Computing, and Infrastructure Automation
