Job Description:

AppsFlyer is seeking a Support Engineer to join our Bangalore team. This role involves solving complex technical issues related to mobile SDKs, troubleshooting SDK implementation, and offering superior customer support. The Support Engineer will collaborate with the Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Partner teams to resolve technical challenges and contribute to the product improvement feedback loop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Issue Resolution:
  Own the end-to-end resolution of customer technical issues, including troubleshooting, root cause identification, and communication.

• SDK Troubleshooting:
  Work with the customer's app development team to troubleshoot SDK implementation issues.

• Cross-team Collaboration:
  Collaborate with teams such as CSM, Engineering, Partners, etc., to resolve technical challenges.

• Knowledge Base Contribution:
  Help enrich the Knowledge Base by adding relevant technical information.

• Support Process Improvement:
  Lead initiatives to enhance support processes across the company.

What We Are Looking For:

• Passion for Client Experience:
  Strong communication skills for complex issues and a customer-obsessed mindset.

• Advanced SQL Skills:
  At least 4 years of experience working with SQL or other querying languages.

• Mobile Development Knowledge:
  Experience with iOS/Android development or QA is a plus.

• Problem-Solving:
  Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and adaptability to new challenges.

• Multitasking & Independence:
  Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with mobile marketing and digital advertising.
• Ability to integrate, test, and troubleshoot mobile SDKs.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and data analysis skills.
