About the Role:
AppsFlyer, a global leader in mobile attribution and analytics, is looking for an Associate Support Engineer to join its Bangalore team. This customer-facing role is ideal for candidates who enjoy technical problem-solving, working in fast-paced environments, and delivering world-class client support.

This position requires working in the EMEA timezone and includes collaborating with the Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams globally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and resolve technical customer issues from start to finish
  • Work with mobile app developers to troubleshoot SDK integration problems
  • Conduct root cause analysis and communicate resolutions clearly
  • Enrich the knowledge base with new content and solutions
  • Collaborate across departments to improve support processes and tools
  • Drive internal feedback loops to influence product improvements

What You’ll Need:

  • Passion for superior customer experience and clear communication
  • Experience in technical support roles (0–2 years)
  • Knowledge of SQL or similar query languages
  • Logical, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
  • Self-driven with attention to detail and documentation

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with mobile platforms (iOS or Android), QA, or SDK integration
  • Familiarity with digital advertising, mobile marketing, or data analytics
  • Prior work in technical support, QA, or client success teams
  • Referred by a current AppsFlyer employee

Location Requirement:
This role is Bangalore-based. Candidates must either reside in Bangalore or be open to relocating (AppsFlyer provides domestic relocation support).
