Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer II to join our Avalor team. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, collaborating with engineering and product teams, and contributing to technical documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to address complex technical issues.
  • Create knowledge-based articles, including troubleshooting steps and best practices.
  • Track and document customer interactions and issues.
  • Support technical aspects of customer onboarding.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer issues within SLA timelines.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field (Advantage).
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field in data analytics (a big advantage).
  • Programming experience in Python and advanced SQL skills.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a creative problem-solving approach.
  • Independent, self-learner, and collaborative team player with a customer service focus.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity products (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability assessment tools).
  • Experience in data modeling methodologies.
