Job Description:

• Design, develop, and implement products and modules with a focus on performance, scalability, and fault tolerance
• Explore and operationalize new technologies at Zeotap
• Handle escalations and customer issues when required
• Act as a consultant to internal stakeholders and design creative solutions
• Work across diverse technologies, including Business Logic, Big Data, Web Applications, and Event Processing
• Adapt and integrate emerging technologies
• Take complete ownership of assigned features/modules

Requirements:

• Strong coding skills in Java, Scala, or Go
• Solid problem-solving skills and strong knowledge of data structures & algorithms
• Good understanding of data access patterns with caching technologies and OLTP databases
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases and distributed systems
• Experience with Apache Spark or other Big Data technologies is a plus
• Hands-on experience with queuing systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
• Familiarity with REST web application frameworks
