Key Responsibilities

• Install, manage, and maintain Zeotap’s production infrastructure
• Manage and maintain CI/CD infrastructure
• Ensure high performance, fault tolerance, and high availability of production systems
• Optimize infrastructure for cost efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in collaboration with engineering teams
• Assist in performance tuning and capacity planning
• Handle incident and change management services
• Develop and maintain automation tools for operations and compliance
• Adhere to Zeotap’s privacy and information security policies

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in internet or product companies
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python
• Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins
• Strong Linux system administration skills, including troubleshooting and deployment
• Good understanding of networking and the OSI model
• Hands-on experience deploying IPSEC tunnels with OpenSwan or Cisco
• Knowledge of Linux security controls and CIS benchmarks
