Job Overview

As a Cloud Engineer I, you will play a key role in monitoring and supporting cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). You will troubleshoot incidents, escalate issues when required, and contribute to ensuring high availability, performance, and SLA compliance in a 24×7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cloud dashboards and alerts across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate urgent/complex problems.
• Collaborate with internal departments and customers to resolve cases.
• Track and manage SLAs and incident backlogs to meet business KPIs.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and incident actions in the case management system.
• Work in a shift-based, 24×7 global operations environment (including nights/weekends/holidays).

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 0–1+ years (freshers with strong cloud knowledge can apply).

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, web services, networking, and databases.
• Hands-on familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of monitoring concepts: availability, latency, performance, and system health.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, HTML, REST APIs, and PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes – Incident, Problem, Change, and Event Management.
• Strong communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Entry-level certifications in Cloud, Networking, or Security (AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA).
