Job Description:

Major Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming customer data in both production and non-production environments
• Use dashboards and logs to verify business-as-usual application operations
• First-level triaging of batch errors and drive recurring batch processes
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders
• Keep ticketing systems updated with clear and concise status information
• Support customer service processes and develop knowledge bases
• Provide regular internal updates on customer data progress

• Effective client-facing presentation skills

Minimum Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
• Certification: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals preferred
• Experience: 1+ year in a customer support/service role
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, batch monitoring, and cloud platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and web-based support tools
