Your Role & Responsibilities

✅ Provide Tier 1 cloud support for auto-generated alerts related to servers, networking, and cloud resources
✅ Offer expert technical support via phone, email, and remote access
✅ Troubleshoot network, Linux OS, and cloud computing issues
✅ Monitor cloud services to proactively identify and resolve potential problems
✅ Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to knowledge base improvements
✅ Collaborate with next-level support teams to resolve critical incidents
✅ Work on a 24/7 shift rotation

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ 2-5 years experience in technical customer support
✅ Strong knowledge of storage technologies (SAN, NAS, object storage) and networking
✅ Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (focus on storage & networking)
✅ Proficiency in Linux OS administration and troubleshooting
✅ Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
✅ Understanding of ITIL V3 concepts

Education & Preferred Skills

🎓 BE/B.Tech in Computer Science
🌟 Nice to have:

• Cloud certifications (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Networking certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCNA, JNCIA)
• Knowledge of Python/Bash scripting for automation
• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Confluence, JIRA
