About the Role
The Junior Infrastructure Analyst is an entry-level position within our Global Technology Operations Center (GTOC). This role involves monitoring and supporting Warner Bros. Discovery’s global network infrastructure, cloud platforms, and critical IT systems. You will be mentored by experienced analysts, gaining hands-on experience with incident management, network monitoring tools, and enterprise-level IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production IT infrastructure and network platforms using tools like ServiceNow, PagerDuty, and SolarWinds.
• Support incident detection, escalation, and resolution in compliance with ITIL best practices.
• Assist with drafting outage notifications and maintaining ServiceNow incident tickets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high system uptime and performance.
• Gain exposure to cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Participate in shift-based operations, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications & Experience

• 0–3 years of IT experience (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows server environments.
• Understanding of networking, storage, and cloud infrastructure basics.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Prior IT support experience in a Fortune 500 environment.
• Knowledge of incident triage processes.
• Exposure to command center operations and first-level monitoring.
