What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain platform infrastructure components, services, and APIs.
• Implement new features and enhancements based on project roadmap and team requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, UI/UX, and platform leadership.
• Monitor platform performance and reliability using appropriate tools and metrics.
• Ensure platform compliance with security standards and industry best practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for platform updates and features.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes (container orchestration, service mesh, resource optimization, troubleshooting).
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and tools.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

What Will Help You on the Job:

• Experience with Cilium and eBPF.
• Knowledge of BBR (TCP congestion control).
• Golang programming expertise.
• Experience with service mesh technologies (Cilium Service Mesh).
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Experience with API gateway implementation and management.
• History of building developer self-service capabilities.
