Job Description:

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our SaaS platform team, working on Microsoft Azure-based Data Protection services. The role will involve designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure and other cloud platforms
• Automate deployments and maintain a resilient, secure SaaS platform
• Support and improve delivery and release pipelines
• Continuously evaluate and improve system reliability, performance, and scalability
• Develop comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions
• Respond to incidents in distributed production environments and participate in on-call rotations
• Ensure compliance with information security and industry standards like ISO, SOX, SSAE, etc.
• Improve internal standards for style and maintainability

What We Expect from You:

• 3+ years of experience in production operations for a SaaS or cloud service provider
• Experience with Azure IaaS/PaaS solutions and leading monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, AppInsights, Elastic Cloud)
• Expertise in troubleshooting complex issues in distributed environments
• Experience with container orchestration and management platforms
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, Go, etc.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps or similar)
• Experience with event-based messaging architectures (Azure Event Hub, Kafka, etc.)
• Strong communication skills for working with international teams

Preferred Skills:

• Industry certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)
• Experience with AWS services (ECS, RDS, Lambda, S3, etc.)
• Familiarity with C# and .NET development
