Job Description:

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our growing team of experts for our SaaS platform. The SaaS solutions we develop are built on Microsoft Azure, delivering best-in-class Data Protection services.

Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Design & Maintenance:
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure and other future cloud platforms.
• Automation & Deployment:
  • Automate deployments and maintain a resilient, secure, and efficient SaaS application platform to meet service level requirements.
• Monitoring & Alerting:
  • Develop comprehensive monitoring and alerting solutions to track system performance.
• Incident Response:
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents in production environments for distributed applications.
• Compliance & Security:
  • Ensure systems meet standards for information security and compliance, including ISO, SOX, and SSAE.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Regularly evaluate and enhance system reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Documentation & Standards:
  • Document and improve internal standards for style, maintainability, and operational processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 3+ years in 24x7 production operations for a SaaS or cloud service provider.
  • Experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS solutions.
  • Familiarity with leading infrastructure and application monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, AppInsights, Elastic Cloud).
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting complex issues in multi-tenant environments.
  • Experience with container orchestration and management platforms.
  • Proficient in Python, PowerShell, Bash, Go, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with CI/CD practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
  • Familiarity with event-based messaging architectures (e.g., Azure Event Hub, Kafka).
• Language Skills:
  • Proficiency in English to communicate with international teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., AZ-400, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
• Experience migrating on-premises products to cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with AWS services (e.g., ECS, RDS, Lambda).
• Familiarity with C# and .NET technologies.
