Job Description:

As an IT Support Engineer, you will work for leading brands within the Valtech IT Infrastructure function. You will be a part of an international environment collaborating with experts to resolve technical issues and support IT operations for Valtech offices.

Responsibilities:

• Provide system administration and technical support for all Valtech India offices (Windows 11, Intune, MacOS, Active Directory, VMware).
• Install, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to laptops, Windows Server, AD, MacOS/Linux OS, Virtual Machines (VMs) on Cloud Infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, WiFi, and Internet issues.
• Maintain hardware inventory using Jira IT ticketing and inventory systems.
• Work with global IT teams and external third parties to address hardware issues.
• Install and configure IT hardware, software, and endpoint protection.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience with Windows 11, MacOS/Linux, Azure AD, and VMware.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Certifications in Microsoft Server, Azure, or Networking (preferred).
• Experience with MS Defender, MS Intune, Rapid7, and basic networking troubleshooting.
