Role Overview:

In this role, you’ll help build and maintain cloud-based environments using technologies like Amazon AWS. You’ll work on automation tooling, production, QA, and development environment builds. You'll collaborate with product development teams to create innovative solutions for complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Expertise: Work with your team to design, deploy, and maintain new cloud technologies.
• Automation: Develop and enhance automated product deployments.
• Cloud Management: Manage AWS components through Infrastructure as Code.
• Availability & Incident Management: Implement self-healing solutions based on alerts and enhance monitoring.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product teams to solve complex cloud challenges.
• On-call rotation: Be part of the on-call rotation, with a focus on automation and improvement.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3-5 years of AWS experience (Must have).
• Strong scripting experience in Python, Bash, PowerShell (Must have).
• Experience with monitoring solutions like DataDog, Nagios, Newrelic.
• Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git.
• Proficiency in configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving across the ISO/OSI layers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS certifications.
• Familiarity with security certifications (PCI, SOC2, ISO 27001).
• Knowledge of ITIL.
• Database experience (SQL, NoSQL).
