Role Overview: We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our team responsible for the design, implementation, and end-to-end ownership of the infrastructure platform that ensures continuous protection for our customers. You will work with cloud-native solutions in AWS, GCP, and other public cloud environments to support operational excellence and availability.

Responsibilities:

• Provide operational coverage for critical services, including event response and recovery
• Deploy features, patches, and hotfixes to maintain cloud security posture
• Participate in on-call duties and rotational shifts
• Monitor systems, applications, and supporting data to ensure high availability
• Report on system uptime and availability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cloud DevOps, Dev, QA) on best practices
• Assist in creating and updating runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Develop a strong relationship with customers and internal teams to become a domain expert

About You:

• 2-4 years of experience in supporting large-scale cloud services in production
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in both Linux and Windows environments
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty, etc.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages
• Experience supporting high availability systems on AWS or GCP
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and security tools (Wiz, Tenable)
• Understanding of Incident, Change, Problem, and Vulnerability Management processes

Desired Skills:

• AWS or Kubernetes Certification
• Experience with Snowflake
• Automation/CI/CD experience with tools like Jenkins, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Argo CD
