Job Description

Job Role: Software Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Experience: 3+ years in software engineering with hands-on development and production support
Salary: As per company standards
Job Location: Noida, India
Job Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the software development lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Ensure software is scalable, maintainable, and high-performing
- Implement bug fixes and performance improvements proactively
- Deliver high-quality features within the team, ensuring timely execution
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Product and QA, to align on project goals
- Identify and address bottlenecks and blockers
- Maintain high coding standards and ensure adherence to best practices
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Skills Required:
- Programming Languages: Typescript (must), Python
- Infrastructure & Deployment: Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- APIs & Integration: HTTP APIs, event-driven architectures
- Frameworks: React, Remix
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with modern software development practices (CI/CD, testing, monitoring)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Ability to analyze technical challenges and propose effective solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a collaborative, agile development environment
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and distributed systems
