Experience: Relevant experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Database Administration, and Cloud Infrastructure

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot complex issues related to Tessell services
• Perform database administration tasks for MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MS SQL Server
• Optimize database performance, implement backup & recovery strategies, and ensure security compliance
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and Kubernetes
• Implement observability solutions using ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Manage database migrations and scaling in cloud environments
• Ensure high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions for database services
• Automate deployments, patching, and monitoring using Ansible, Puppet, and Chef
• Work with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud services for infrastructure and networking
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and system log analysis for troubleshooting
• Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to improve system reliability

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
• Hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Shell scripting, Bash, and PowerShell
• Deep understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, and Load Balancers
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and CloudWatch
• Strong Linux OS administration skills (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Understanding of RAID configurations, Logical Volume Management (LVM), and storage scalability
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
