Job Description:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls within set metrics.
• Probe, triage, and dispatch jobs for stores, allocating the right person with the right skills.
• Respond to urgent situations requiring quick turnaround.
• Analyze root causes and handle first-level issues.
• Identify operational improvements using CI tools and techniques.
• Apply fundamental work theories, concepts, and processes.
• Ensure efficiency and accuracy in job allocation and problem resolution.

Required Skills:

• Basic MS Office (Excel) proficiency
• Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Active listening and strong English communication (speaking, reading, writing)
• Speed and accuracy in task execution
