Tesco is looking for a Systems Engineer I to join our Technology team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for managing enterprise networks, supporting critical incidents, contributing to network projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and scalable IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale enterprise networks.
• Work in multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
• Provide on-call support for major incidents.
• Independently resolve network incidents.
• Lead technical discussions with internal infra teams.
• Collaborate with developers and app teams on network infrastructure.
• Contribute to network projects and provide infrastructure consultation.

Network Expertise:

• Routing & Switching: Juniper, Cisco
• Wireless: Mist Wireless
• Security: Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA), Forescout NAC
• Automation: Python, API, Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible, CI/CD, GitLab, Resolve (any 2 mandatory at intermediate level)

Tools:

• Cisco ISE (Wi-Fi & Radius)
• SolarWinds and other network performance monitoring tools
