What You’ll Do

• Ensure continuous availability and performance of the LRaaS Portal
• Participate in on-call support, resolving escalated tickets and improving ticket handovers
• Automate release management processes
• Use AI and automation to reduce incident resolution time
• Maintain detailed runbooks, documentation, and policy guidelines
• Manage and improve monitoring and alert systems
• Apply SRE principles: define/monitor SLOs and Error Budgets
• Collaborate with teams to ensure scalable, reliable cloud operations
• Enhance systems with a focus on security, performance, and reliability
• Improve provisioning and deployment automation

Who You’ll Work With

• Cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Product, etc.)
• Cloud Operations Team managing AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Reports To: Senior Manager

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate

• 2+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar role
• Hands-on with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (GCP/Azure preferred)
• Proficient in scripting: Python, Bash, Ruby
• Experience in hybrid cloud environments
• Familiar with configuration management tools: Ansible or equivalent
• Strong experience in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub
• Knowledge of monitoring tools: DataDog, New Relic, Nagios, Graphite
• Solid Linux systems knowledge
• Understanding of networking, databases, and topologies
