Tech Mahindra is conducting an Off Campus Drive for Associate Software Engineer roles in 2025. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates from engineering and MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science) backgrounds to kickstart their careers.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Engineering graduates and/or MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science) candidates
- Minimum Percentage:
- 10th/Xth: 65%
- 12th/XIIth: 65%
- Engineering/MCA/M.Sc: 65%
- Academic Eligibility:
- Candidate must have completed the qualifying course in 2024 with no backlogs
- Candidates must not have any gaps between academic programs greater than 1 year
- No score improvement in any academic year
- If the candidate has completed a Diploma after 10th, a minimum of 65% in Diploma is mandatory
- Diploma and 12th: A minimum of 70% in both
Eligible Courses
- BE/B.Tech: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, E&C, E&TC, Telecom, Communications, Electronics
- MCA/M.Sc: Computer Science, Information Technology
Important Notes
- This program is open ONLY for Engineering graduates and/or MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science/IT) candidates from the 2024 batch
- Candidates must have a Provisional Degree Certificate or Consolidated Marksheet from their college/university
- M.E/M.Tech candidates are not eligible
