Experience: Freshers & Experienced (Relevant Experience Preferred)

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA (Based on interview performance)

Job Location: Hyderabad (WFO/WFH – Based on project requirements)

Job Description:
Tech Mahindra is conducting an Off-Campus Drive to hire candidates for high-paying IT support jobs in multiple roles. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates and freshers looking to join the IT services and support industry with flexible work modes (WFO/WFH).


1. Customer Support Associate (CSA)

Eligibility: Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication in English
  • Multitasking and customer empathy

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Support order status, refunds, and account-related issues
  • Maintain CRM logs and documentation

2. Service Desk Analyst – L1.5 / L2 (Technical Support)

Eligibility: B.E/B.Tech (CS/E&TC), MCA, BCA, BSc (IT/CS)

Skills Required:

  • Strong IT troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, Outlook, O365
  • Familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, and A+ process

Responsibilities:

  • Address IT support tickets via chat/email/voice
  • Handle user account setup, password resets, mailbox support
  • Escalate to L2/L3 when necessary

3. Technical Support Associate / Service Desk Executive

Eligibility: Any Graduate (Preferably IT/CS background)

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication & analytical abilities
  • Familiar with remote support tools, MS Office, basic troubleshooting
  • Prior call center experience in tech support preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level IT issue resolution
  • Log issues via ITSM tools and follow-up for resolution

Mode of Interview: Face-to-Face

Interview Rounds:

  • Round 1: Technical Screening
  • Round 2: Operational (Communication + Versant + Technical)
  • Round 3: HR + Salary Negotiation

Work Mode: Work From Office / Work From Home (Project Dependent)
