The Opportunity

Syfe is seeking a motivated DevOps Intern to support its cloud infrastructure and automation processes.
You will collaborate closely with the DevOps team to maintain and enhance deployment pipelines, manage Kubernetes clusters, and support CI/CD environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for students aspiring to build a career in Cloud, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in deployment, scaling, and maintenance of AWS-based cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth CI/CD application deployments.
• Work on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and deploy applications using Helm.
• Use Git or other version control systems for managing deployments.
• Support the design of DevOps platform solutions using open-source technologies or custom code.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Linux and AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language — Bash, Golang, or Python.
• Basic knowledge of Git or version control tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player.

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• AWS or Linux certification is an added advantage.
• Basic experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, or other IaC tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies.
