Job Overview

Sutherland is hiring a detail-oriented and analytical Associate – Infrastructure to join the dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing network systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure that power enterprise applications across global environments.

This position offers hands-on exposure to cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), server management, and infrastructure automation, providing an excellent opportunity to grow in the Cloud and DevOps domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining network systems, cloud servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization’s data and IT assets.
• Collaborate with global IT and engineering teams to deploy infrastructure improvements.
• Participate in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software solutions.
• Document IT processes, configurations, and maintenance procedures.
• Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Provide technical support and infrastructure assistance to end-users.
• Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and infrastructure best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, or cloud management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server management and network protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of IT security principles and infrastructure hardening.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Scripting and automation capabilities (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
