Job Description – What You'll Do:

  • Respond to customer issues via support tickets related to Sprinklr's platform
  • Troubleshoot and debug technical problems, examining logs and performing root cause analysis
  • Provide high-quality resolution and prevent issue escalations or re-openings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: engineering, product, QA
  • Stay up to date with product features and releases
  • Document solutions, create knowledge base content
  • Participate in QA, regression testing, and product feedback loops
  • Educate users on solutions and improve their product experience
  • Maintain SLAs while handling multiple tickets and priorities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0–5 years of experience in technical support or software debugging
  • 1+ years of experience in CCaaS platforms like Genesys, Avaya preferred
  • Experience with telephony, CPaaS, or Voice infrastructure is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver under pressure
  • Self-starter with a passion for customer success

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of Web technologies, CRM, or SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of programming/scripting: JavaScript, Python, Java, Node.js
  • Basic understanding of databases: MongoDB, MySQL, etc.
  • Experience with tools like Graylogs, Kibana, API Browsers, Restricted CURLs
