Job Description:
Sprinklr is hiring a Software Development Engineer in QA to help build a robust Unified-CXM platform trusted by major enterprises like Microsoft and Samsung. As an SDET, you will contribute to test strategy, automation frameworks, and collaborate closely with developers and designers to ship high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation libraries and frameworks
- Drive daily QA efforts, test planning, and execution
- Ensure platform quality with proper checks and balances
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Dev, and Design teams
- Collaborate in testing microservices-based platforms
- Contribute to performance testing and cloud environment validation
- Document technical solutions and test cases
Required Skills:
- Proficient in Java and Selenium
- Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming and Data Structures
- Experience in any DB like MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiar with Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Bitbucket
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and API testing
- Basic Unix/Linux command-line knowledge
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- ISTQB Certification (Bonus)
- Experience testing SaaS platforms
- Exposure to Agile development practices
- Prior work with CI/CD tools
- Empathy for users and passion for customer experience
