Springer Nature is seeking an Associate System Engineer to join its global IT team in Pune. This full-time role involves supporting user accounts, administering cloud-based access tools, and improving identity management systems to ensure vendor teams can collaborate securely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, administer, and maintain user accounts in proprietary tools
• Manage user identities across Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online

• Understanding of ITIL practices
