Job Role: Site Reliability Engineer – TechOps
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Job Location: Hyderabad, India
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for the Splunk Cloud fleet
- Perform impact assessments and problem-solving as per established procedures
- Document issues, remediation steps, and assist in follow-up problem management
- Lead and coordinate with TechOps engineers and business partners
- Assist other TechOps engineers with complex tasks
- Use internal tools to restore normal service operations during escalated incidents
- Ensure high-quality customer experience and proactive issue resolution
Technical Skills Required:
- Experience working with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
- Knowledge of automation tools like Puppet and Terraform
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with large-scale cloud platforms
- Ready to provide on-call support and incident management
