ROLE OVERVIEW – CLOUD DEVOPS ENGINEER
We are seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer with a strong ownership mindset to design, build, deploy, and operate highly available applications across on-prem and AWS cloud environments. This role focuses on CI/CD automation, infrastructure reliability, security enforcement, and cost optimization, working closely with Development, QA, and Operations teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CI/CD & AUTOMATION

• Design, build, and evolve end-to-end CI/CD pipelines across Dev, QA, and Production
• Migrate legacy/manual deployments to fully automated DevOps pipelines
• Own deployment automation for AWS and on-prem infrastructure

INFRASTRUCTURE & CLOUD OPERATIONS

• Manage infrastructure across AWS, Windows Server, Docker, and Terraform
• Optimize capacity planning, availability, uptime, and cloud cost efficiency
• Support 24×7×365 global SaaS operations

SECURITY & RELIABILITY

• Enforce security policies, vulnerability tracking, and remediation
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and operational readiness
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure rapid incident resolution

COLLABORATION & DOCUMENTATION

• Partner with Dev, QA, Security, and IT teams across the SDLC
• Maintain clear technical documentation and training materials
• Participate in on-call rotations

CLOUD & INFRASTRUCTURE

• AWS, Terraform, Docker, Windows Server

BACKEND & MONITORING

• MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis
• Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana

SECURITY & NETWORKING

• HTTP, TLS, PKI, Internet Security Protocols

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
• 2+ years managing CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments (AWS preferred)
• 2+ years experience in 24×7 SaaS / PaaS environments
• Hands-on experience with Docker, virtualization, and scripting
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
