About the Job

This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates with 0-3 years of experience in Software Development and Testing. You will undergo a training program and, upon successful completion, be assigned to various teams based on business needs. The roles may involve development, testing, or other streams of engineering.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining new or existing applications or systems. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative learning culture and wants to contribute to team success through positive attitude and teamwork.

What Will You Do?

• Participate in a custom bootcamp to enhance software development skills within the first 90 days.
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Design, implement, and test applications and software systems.
• Work with engineering and infrastructure teams to maintain TDD/CI/CD development and Q/A environments.
• Provide feedback during the design process to help build testable platforms and data models.
• Take ownership of work and see it through the software development lifecycle.
• Investigate and resolve defects in established systems.
• Design and build systems capable of meeting non-functional requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, well-designed, and well-documented code.
• Contribute to the success of an Agile team and improve the process.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for programming and software quality.
• Ability to work and collaborate with distributed teams.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Experience with Java or .NET applications, RDBMS, and Webservices.
• Exposure to SOA and microservice architecture.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing requirements.
• 0-3 years of prior experience in C# or Java development and testing.
