We are expanding our Cloud Support team and looking for passionate professionals who enjoy working with data, solving complex technical challenges, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical issues via email, web, and phone communications
• Maintain SLA adherence, escalate issues when necessary
• Utilize Snowflake platform, connectors, and tools to troubleshoot problems
• Document solutions and known issues in internal and external knowledge bases
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize and resolve bugs and feature requests
• Engage with Priority Support customers and understand their use cases
• Provide support coverage during holidays and weekends, as required
• Continuously contribute to organizational and process improvements

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• 2+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing technical roles
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in global teams
• Experience with major cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• In-depth knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes
• Skilled in job scheduling, caching, and performance optimization
• Familiar with database migration, resource locks, and concurrency handling
• Proven ability to debug and optimize complex SQL queries
• Understanding of database query lifecycle and internal join processing

Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed computing frameworks like Hadoop or Spark
• Scripting or coding skills in Python, Shell, or any programming language
• Strong grasp of cloud security concepts and best practices
• Prior work in 24x7 technical support and incident management environments
• Familiarity with semi-structured data

Compensation (US Roles)

• Estimated Salary Range: $94,000 – $138,000 USD
