Skyhigh Security is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide world-class support for its cloud-based cybersecurity platforms. This role demands strong networking and cloud fundamentals, combined with excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer issues via email and phone with urgency and professionalism
- Troubleshoot product-related issues during POC and post-deployment phases
- Debug complex problems in multi-protocol, multi-vendor environments
- Collaborate with escalation engineers and internal stakeholders to resolve critical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation for technical issues, resolutions, and follow-ups
Required Skills (High-CPC Keywords)
- OSI Model, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL
- Network Security: Firewalls, Proxies, SIEMs
- Linux/Unix System Administration
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, O365, Salesforce
- Authentication Protocols: SAML, SSO
- Application Layer Protocols
- Basic knowledge of Java and SQL (advantage)
- Scripting languages: Python, Perl (advantage)
- Security Support Engineering
- Enterprise SaaS Security Troubleshooting
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical support for enterprise systems
- Strong grasp of networking, cloud, and security protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
