Job Responsibilities

• Providing technical support for Skyhigh Security Cloud Products through phone and email.
• Troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues during proof-of-concept (POC) and post-deployment phases.
• Debugging system-level problems in a multi-vendor, multi-protocol network environment.
• Collaborating with Support Escalation Engineers to resolve critical issues efficiently.
• Ensuring that high-priority problems are escalated and addressed in a timely manner.
• Documenting all technical issues, solutions, and customer interactions in a structured manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of networking and security concepts, including:
  • OSI Model and TCP/IP Protocol Suite (IP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP, SMTP).
  • Application layer protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, SSL/TLS, PKI).
  • Network Security (Firewalls, Proxy Servers, SIEMs).
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as:
  • Azure
  • Office 365 suite
  • AWS
  • Salesforce
• Knowledge of Java and SQL is an added advantage.
• Experience with scripting languages (Perl, Python) is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and customer management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer queries effectively.
• Quality-focused with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work in shift schedules as required.
