About the Role

We are looking for a Systems & Operations Engineer to help build out, maintain, and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure. You will be part of a talented team of engineers who deliver mission-critical infrastructure and ensure the highest levels of availability, performance, and security. Qualified systems engineers will have a background in IT systems engineering and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and services
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Liaise with clients and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux environments
• Solid experience in database monitoring (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Experience with monitoring systems (e.g., Nagios)
• Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
• Troubleshoot and isolate OS/network-related issues

Required Skills

• Experience: 1 to 3 years
• Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
• Certification: Red Hat Certification preferred
• Tools: Basic knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Skills: Team management, strong communication skills (written and verbal), and cross-team coordination
• Comfortable with 24/7 work culture
