Role Overview
We are looking for an Atlassian Support Engineer to provide essential support for Jira and Confluence to our global employees. You will handle incident requests, serve as an escalation point for complex cases, and document solutions to improve workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Jira and Confluence (Data Center & Cloud), including configuration, user management, and troubleshooting.
• Provide first-line support for Jira and Confluence, handling technical issues and escalating when needed.
• Create and manage documentation in Confluence, including user guides and troubleshooting steps.
• Configure and troubleshoot Jira automations and workflows.
• Support integration between Atlassian tools and Microsoft services (Microsoft 365, Azure, MS Active Directory).
• Work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively in English.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Jira and Confluence administration.
• Experience in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and automation setup within Atlassian tools.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 Administration and its integration with Jira/Confluence.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
