About the Role
Are you a seasoned DevOps professional with a passion for innovation? Join SHL and help shape the future of talent assessment. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll ensure the reliability and performance of our SaaS infrastructure and contribute to cutting-edge product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high uptime for customers in a SaaS environment.
- Monitor application health and resolve bugs, errors, and exceptions.
- Follow escalation procedures based on incident severity.
- Adapt to evolving technologies and infrastructure.
- Mentor and support associate engineers.
Essential Skills
- Experience with AWS Cloud Services
- Strong Windows Server & Linux/Unix administration
- Scripting knowledge: PowerShell, Python, vbscript, regexp
- Experience with Ansible
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo or Jenkins
Desirable Skills
- AWS certification (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
