Key Responsibilities:

• Coding & Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using the company’s tech stack (e.g., PHP, Java, JavaScript, React).
• Solution Design: Collaborate with senior developers to design technical solutions to meet project requirements.
• Implementation & Deployment: Assist in developing, testing, and deploying features and updates to live environments.
• Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs or issues within existing code or systems.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation of code, systems, and processes.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, programming languages, and software development best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic Coding Knowledge: Understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP) and a willingness to learn.
• Hands-On Development: Experience in coding through internships, academic projects, or personal projects.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Tech Stacks: Exposure to technologies such as React, Node.js, Django, Flask, AWS is a plus.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle: Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Willingness to Learn: Eagerness to grow technical skills and gain experience with new tools and technologies.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Team Player: Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
